Lightbox returns in its seventh year to present daily open-air digital exhibitions on the iconic Perth Cultural Centre Screen.

Lighbox18 is an exploration of the movement of time and colour in public space. It is a call to the viewer to spend more time dwelling in outdoor public spaces, more time looking at a single image, and more time engaging with the cycles and rhythms of a city. In this way, digital art becomes a process and a journey of viewing, and public space becomes a place to dwell and linger, rather than simply pass through.

The exhibition features the work of Sara Rinaldi (Italy), Sean Capone (NYC), Matthew Quick (MEL), Princess Cheeto (NYC), David Carson (PER), and Shay Colley (MEL).
