Following a sold-out run in 2025 of Mozart’s Requiem Mass, conductor Brett Weymark returns to Perth in 2026 with the Sydney Philharmonia Choirs’ ChorusOz; an amateur choral event with real ambition, accompanied by our homegrown Perth Symphony Orchestra and soloists Prudence Sanders, Perry Joyce and James Clayton. Composer Emma Jayakumar spoke with Brett this week about the upcoming event and the joys of choral singing for all levels of experience.
