7 August, Merredin. Presented by FORM.
On August 7, FORM is bringing PUBLIC to the town of Merredin to begin forging a trail like no other. Building upon our iconic silo artworks in Northam and Ravensthorpe, FORM is digging deep into more amazing communities in Western Australia’s heartland to help tell their stories – in big ways and small.
In partnership with CBH Group, Western Power, and Lotterywest FORM has commissioned Western Australian artist Kyle Hughes-Odgers to kick off the PUBLIC Silo Trail with a mural painted across four of CBH Group’s 35 metre-high grain silos. Watch as his creation unfolds, inspired from his bird’s eye view of the golden outback and the rich agricultural roots that nourish it.
Check www.publicsilotrail.com often, find out where and what FORM will paint next and discover how the PUBLIC Silo Trail is connecting WA regional communities with the world in languages we all understand – art and storytelling.
