Leslie Rigot – Board Member

Leslie is an arts manager with 10+ years of experience working across metro and regional WA. Her career has spanned a diverse range of arts administration roles, including marketing, venue management, programming, grant assessment, strategic planning, and community engagement, giving her a broad perspective on the opportunities and challenges facing the arts sector.

She has contributed to a range of leading arts organisations, including the Blue Room Theatre, Perth Institute of Contemporary Arts (PICA), Fringe World Festival, Regional Arts WA, and The Courthouse Gallery. She currently manages the Matt Dann Theatre & Cinema for the Town of Port Hedland, where she oversees the delivery of cultural and community programming. Known for her collaborative approach and strong relationship-building skills, Leslie is committed to creating meaningful connections between artists, audiences, and communities.

With cultural roots in France, Guadeloupe (French Caribbean), and Senegal, Leslie brings a strong appreciation for diverse perspectives and the power of community. She is passionate about creating opportunities for participation, supporting local artists, and ensuring the arts remain accessible, welcoming, and relevant to all.

Known for her positive energy, adaptability, and ability to get things done, Leslie thrives on bringing people together around shared ideas and ambitious projects.
